Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Certain items such as undergarments, sale items, or customized products may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to the product page for details.
How to Return:

- Package the Items: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Shipping Label: We will send you a return shipping label. The return shipping cost may be borne by the customer.
- Return Shipping: Drop off the package at your nearest post office or schedule a pickup with the courier.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, simply follow the return process and let us know the product you'd like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
