Payment Policy

At Upcy Totes, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure shopping experience. Below are our payment options and guidelines:
1. Payment Methods
Bank Transfer: We accept direct bank transfers to our designated account. Upon placing your order, you will receive our bank details for payment completion.
JazzCash/Easypaisa: Payments via JazzCash and Easypaisa are fully supported. Instructions for completing your payment will be provided during checkout.
2. Payment Confirmation
For bank transfers and JazzCash/Easypaisa, kindly send a copy of your transaction slip along with your order number via email or WhatsApp for payment verification.
Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation has been received.

3. Order Processing
Orders paid through bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa will be processed after payment verification, which may take 1-2 business days.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not allowed.
Refunds for payments made via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa will be processed within 5-7 business days in the event of product unavailability or returns, in accordance with our return policy.

5. Currency
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), and payments must be made in PKR.

6. Privacy
Your payment information is treated with utmost security and confidentiality. We do not store or share your payment details with any third parties.

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery within major cities typically takes 3-5 business days.
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take 5-7 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or sale periods.

3. Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charges apply for orders across Pakistan and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free delivery is offered on orders above a certain amount, as specified during promotions or checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delays and Issues
We strive to deliver on time; however, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. Incorrect Address

Refund Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by us will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
Upon approval, you will be provided with return shipping instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
